Shipping & Delivery

All orders are usually dispatched within 7-21 working days but can take longer depending on stock availability. If you have any special requests regarding the delivery of your order then e-mail us with your request. Once your order has been placed an approximate delivery date will be confirmed to you along with your order confirmation normally within 24 hours.

Our standard delivery service is to the first door of the property. Although we strive to ensure that all goods arrive complete and without any damage, it is impossible to guarantee this. Damaged or faulty goods must be reported as soon as possible after the delivery.

We suggest that if any goods appear damaged on delivery then customers should refuse the goods and sign the courier’s manifest as “damaged on delivery, item refused”. If the goods appear superficially damaged (i.e. the packaging looks damaged) please accept the goods and sign the courier’s manifest as “damaged on delivery”. We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. If your delivery address is on the islands of Scotland or the Scottish Highlands or another off shore location such as the Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Ireland or the Isle of Man, we do not deliver to these areas. For more details on non-standard delivery areas (Mainland Britain or otherwise) please email us BEFORE placing your order otherwise your order will be cancelled.

At Furniture Mill Outlet, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We assure all customers that any information provided to Us will remain safe and secure and only be used in order to process your order. We do not provide or sell your details to third party companies.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, you may return it to us and we will refund your amount paid minus any reductions which may be applicable by us. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your products to let us know that you will be returning them and whether you would like us to collect them (at a charge) or whether you are arranging transport back to us yourself. Products must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging. Mattresses must be un-opened due to health and hygiene laws.When we have received your products back, we will check them over and refund your money minus any shipping/collection charge. Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically made to your requirements or special order items or custom made orders. If it’s apparent that goods came damaged from the manufacturers factory please report the fault to us with a full description of the problem. We will then contact you to arrange collection of the damaged goods and organise the dispatch of new goods or spare parts.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We are happy to take advance orders via email if you choose. You can secure any item with a 25% deposit. Then simply make the remaining payments when it suits your pocket. All we ask is that the full amount is paid 21 days before your delivery date or on collection from the store. Please note that the deposit only secures the price and not the physical product.
